Global production is managed by the HenDi GPS system, which provides global submission, workflow, management information, and tracking solutions for each global production site.

HenDi GPS accepts XML-based print job tickets, customized to client requirements. Submission can be via an external system, a Word/XML template, or via a web interface.

The system will send email alerts at specified workflow stages, for example: Received, Accepted and Completed. Up to the minute status reporting can be made available on-line to authorized users.

The web interface can also be used to generate reports, such as number of reports by region, report type, or cost centre. The system addresses Compliance requirements and is hosted externally on a secure server with a 100% uptime guarantee.
